Processing Time All orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Orders are not shipped or processed on weekends or public holidays. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, processing may be delayed by a few days. We will notify you by email if there is a significant delay.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Times We offer the following shipping options within the UK:

  • Standard Shipping (3–5 business days) – £3.99
  • Express Shipping (1–2 business days) – £7.99
  • Free Standard Shipping on orders over £50

International Shipping We currently ship to selected international destinations. International shipping rates and delivery times will be calculated at checkout. Please note that customs fees, duties, and taxes may apply and are the responsibility of the customer.

Order Tracking Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking information to update.
